I’m using Addivance and I'll be back with my 1-month full bottle results. I wanted to release this blog as soon as possible, as I know so many people who suffer from ADHD and also their children. I've heard and met a lot of adults and children living with ADHD who don't know or have never been diagnosed. I'm not a doctor, but I'm a person with some symptoms and would prefer to take natural over a prescription any day.
I've witnessed lots of shortages of Adderall and what it does to someone who takes it every day when they don’t have it. They have extreme ups and downs if they're not taking them as perscribed. But this is not just for ADHD. I get lots of daily distractions, no matter how well I planned my day. They can completely derail and interfere with the task ahead, which makes the project much longer than it should - Even with my ‘do not disturb’ on.

DOSAGE:
The recommended dosage is 2 capsules twice a day for a total of 4. The bottle says recommended dosage: Take two (2) capsules twice daily. The dosaging may vary from person to person.
STARTING POINT:
A good starting point would be 1 capsule twice a day. After a few days if there isn’t noticeable change switch to 2 capsules twice a day. As a reminder, the company recommends that you finish the full bottle before determining if the product works for you.
